Prajwal Khanal, professionally known as Praz Khanal, is the Founder and CEO of Kontraa Music and UKA Music Publishing LLC. As a record producer and publishing administrator, he is dedicated to building a unified ecosystem focused on music rights management.
With hands-on experience in music production and a strong foundation in publishing workflows, Prajwal has developed practical expertise across the entire digital landscape—including ISRC, ISWC, and PRO systems—as well as Content ID monitoring and sync licensing.
Prajwal founded Kontraa with the objective to simplify and centralize the way creators manage and protect their work. Under his leadership, the platform is evolving as a next-generation system that integrates licensing and marketplace capabilities with automation-driven workflows.
Operating from Nepal with a U.S.-registered entity, Prajwal brings a global perspective to the industry, providing international-level infrastructure to creators in both established and emerging markets.
